螺杆启闭机调试方法及注意事项：
Screw hoist debugging methods and precautions:
1、当启闭机在无荷载的情况下，保证三相电流不平衡不超过正负10%，并测出电流值。
1. When the hoist is under no load, the unbalance of three-phase current shall not exceed plus or minus 10%, and the current value shall be measured.
2、对于上、下限位的调节：当闸门处于全闭的状态时，将上限为压紧上行程开关，并固定在螺杆启闭机的螺杆上；当闸门处于全开时，将下限位盘压紧下行程开关，并固定在螺杆上。
2. For the adjustment of upper and lower limits: when the gate is in the fully closed state, the upper limit is to press the upper travel switch and fix it on the screw of the screw hoist; when the gate is fully open, press the lower limit plate on the lower travel switch and fix it on the screw.
3、对于启闭机的主令控制器调整，必须保证闸门升降到上、下限位时的误差不超过1cm。

4、安装后，一定要做试运行，一作无载荷试验，即让螺杆作两个行程，听其有无异常声响，检测安装是否符合技术要求。
