一、产品概述

格栅清污机是水处理过程中必不可少的清污拦渣处理设备，其变化和发展受到给排水专业人士的关注，不仅能保证水处理后序工段与设备的正常运行，而且直接影响了出水水质。此外，它是我公司对国外技术消化后，并结合国内污水处理工程的具体情况而自行研究、开发、制造的一种新型清污机。

The grille cleaner is a necessary equipment for treating the sludge in the process of water treatment. Its change and development are concerned with the water and drainage professionals, which not only can guarantee the normal operation of the post order section and equipment, but also directly affect the water quality. In addition, it is a new type of cleaning machine which is researched, developed and manufactured by our company after the digestion of foreign technology and the specific situation of domestic sewage treatment engineering.

二、使用范围

Two. Scope of use

格栅清污机不仅可广泛应用于城市污水及工业废水处理的漂浮物和悬浮物，也可用于泵站污物的消除，是水源处理的理想设备。

The grille cleaner can not only be widely used in the floating and suspended matter in the urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, but also can be used to eliminate the dirt in the pumping station. It is an ideal equipment for water treatment.

三、工作原理

Three. The principle of work

格栅清污机主要由机架、动静栅片组、驱动装置、传动机构及控制等部分组成，而它的工作原理是通过电气控制系统指令，控制置于格栅上部的驱动装置带动传动机构及动栅片组相对于静栅片组交替运动，利用动、静栅片组的阶梯型齿面将水中的漂浮物拦截，并缓慢逐级提升至格栅卸渣出口处，实现拦污、清渣的目的。

The grille cleaner is mainly composed of the frame, the dynamic and static grid piece group, the driving device, the drive mechanism and the control part. The principle of its working principle is to control the driving device on the top of the grid through the instructions of the electrical control system to drive the transmission mechanism and the grid piece group to move alternately between the static grid piece group and the static grid piece group. The ladder shaped tooth surface intercepts the floating objects in the water, and slowly gradually rises to the outlet of the grate slag discharge to achieve the purpose of stopping pollution and slag cleaning.

五、设备安装

Five. Installation of equipment

1、设备可直接安装在预制的钢筋混凝土沟渠中。

1, equipment can be directly installed in precast reinforced concrete ditches.

2、除动格栅片外，一般不需要在现场进行组装。

2. Apart from moving grille, there is no need to assemble at the scene.

3、设备安装就位后，当机架与沟渠内两侧存在较大间隙时，可考虑用薄型塑料板加以封闭，以免影响拦污效果。

3, when the equipment is installed, when there is a large gap between the rack and the trench, the thin plastic plate can be used to seal it, so as not to affect the blocking effect.

4、放置格栅的沟渠在施工中，要求渠壁尽量平整垂直，渠底面应保持水平平整。

5、渠壁顶边应按格栅安装基础图的要求预埋200×100×10钢板四块，用于焊接基础螺栓。

6、设备安装就位后，再进行电器控制装置的安装。电器控制系统的设置和调整，由本公司按技术要求派专人进行。

六、操作规程及注意事项

Six, operating rules and matters of attention

1、一般情况下设备为自动控制运行，如需手动控制，只需按控制要求按下手动控制按钮即可进行操作，但运行管理人员必须经常巡视。

1, in general, the equipment is automatic control operation, if manual control is needed, only press the manual control button to operate according to the control requirements, but the operation manager must inspect regularly.

2、操作人员必须做好当班设备运行记录。

2, operators must perform well on duty equipment operation records.

3、当出现故障报警时，立即切断电源，停机检查，当故障排除后，方可投入正常运行。

4、格栅水下运动部件均为不锈钢，无需进行定期的防护保养，但机械传动部分及减速机必须进行定期的检查和加注润滑油或润滑脂。

4. The underwater moving parts of the grille are stainless steel without regular protection, but the mechanical transmission part and the reducer must be checked regularly and added to the lubricating oil or grease.

5、应定期检查运动部分有无卡、堵及紧固松动等异常现象，如出现上述情况应立即解决，及时消除事故隐患。

七、设备保养

1、除减速机外，其余需进行润滑的部位所使用润滑油或润滑脂按设备要求更换或清洗；

2、调整连接传动部分的紧固螺栓。
