一、概述

机械格栅是水处理过程中必不可少的清污拦渣处理设备,其变化和发展受到给排水专业人士的关注。它不仅能保证水处理后序工段和设备的正常运行,而且还直接影响出水水质。阶梯型格栅是我公司对国外技术消化后,结合国内污水处理工程的具体情况自行研究、开发、制造的一种新型格栅。

二、使用范围

阶梯型格栅可广泛应用于城市污水及工业废水处理的漂浮物和悬浮物,也可用于泵站污物的消除,是水源处理的理想设备。

三、工作原理

阶梯型格栅是从根本上改变了以往机械格栅依靠链传动或钢丝绳牵引粑齿,作回转和往复直线运动对格栅栅面所拦截的渣物进行消除的模式,而是利用爬阶梯一样的形式来提升渣物。

阶梯型格栅的工作原理是通过电气控制系统指令,控制置于格栅上部的驱动装置带动传动机构及动栅片组相对于静栅片组交替运动,利用动、静栅片组的阶梯型齿面将水中的漂浮物拦截,并缓慢逐级提升至格栅卸渣出口处,实现拦污、清渣的目的。
