水电站清污机特点:要有综合的清污性能;能在恶劣工况下安全、可靠运行;保证水电站的核心发电参数持续稳定。能满足上述三个特点的清污机,称为水电站专用清污机,属于清污机家族中限制条件最多、技术难度最大、综合性能、安全性能最高的清污机机型。有选抓斗式清污机、齿耙式清污机作为水电站清污机型的,但这两种机型局限性比较大,很难兼顾水电站特殊技术和工况要求的方方面面,设计上往往只能照顾到突出的一方面或两方面。水电站大多选耙斗式为主,相对均衡的照顾到多方面的技术和工况要求,近年来以增力耙斗式和浮动加压耙斗式为水电站清污机的主选机型,设计上和使用上各种难题都比较容易解决。
