First, an overview

机械格栅是水处理过程中必不可少的清污拦渣处理设备，其变化和发展受到给排水专业人士的关注。它不仅能保证水处理后序工段和设备的正常运行，而且还直接影响出水水质。阶梯型格栅是我公司对国外技术消化后，结合国内污水处理工程的具体情况自行研究、开发、制造的一种新型格栅。

二、使用范围

阶梯型格栅可广泛应用于城市污水及工业废水处理的漂浮物和悬浮物，也可用于泵站污物的消除，是水源处理的理想设备。

三、工作原理

阶梯型格栅是从根本上改变了以往机械格栅依靠链传动或钢丝绳牵引粑齿，作回转和往复直线运动对格栅栅面所拦截的渣物进行消除的模式，而是利用爬阶梯一样的形式来提升渣物。

阶梯型格栅主要由机架、动静栅片组、驱动装置、传动机构及控制等部分组成。

阶梯型格栅的工作原理是通过电气控制系统指令，控制置于格栅上部的驱动装置带动传动机构及动栅片组相对于静栅片组交替运动，利用动、静栅片组的阶梯型齿面将水中的漂浮物拦截，并缓慢逐级提升至格栅卸渣出口处，实现拦污、清渣的目的。

五、润滑

阶梯格栅传动系统的关键部件和运动支承应定期进行加注润滑油或换润滑脂，并定期进行更换和清洗。要求如下表所示：

六、设备安装

Six. Installation of equipment

1、设备可直接安装在预制的钢筋混凝土沟渠中。

1. The equipment can be directly installed in the precast reinforced concrete trench.

2、格栅整机除动格栅片外，一般不需要在现场进行组装。

2. The grille is not required to be assembled on the spot except the grille.

3、设备安装就位后，当机架与沟渠内两侧存在较大间隙时，可考虑用薄型塑料板加以封闭，以免影响拦污效果。

3. When the equipment is installed in place, when there is a large gap between the two sides of the frame and the ditch, the thin plastic plate can be considered to be closed in order to avoid the effect of blocking the pollution.

4、放置格栅的沟渠在施工中，要求渠壁尽量平整垂直，渠底面应保持水平平整。

5、渠壁顶边应按格栅安装基础图的要求预埋200×100×10钢板四块，用于焊接基础螺栓。

6、设备安装就位后，再进行电器控制装置的安装。电器控制系统的设置和调整，由本公司按技术要求派专人进行。

七、设备调试

Seven. Equipment debugging

1、开机前准备工作

1. Prepare for work before opening the machine

设备安装完毕后，在进行设备运行前，应做好下列工作：

1）、设备安装是否平稳；

1) whether the installation of the equipment is stable or not;

2）、设备各连接处螺栓、螺栓销是否拧紧和销牢；

2), the bolt and bolt pin of each connection of the equipment are tightened and closed.

3）、各润滑点是否按要求加润滑剂；

3) whether the lubricants are required to be added according to the lubrication points.

4）、各转动部分经手动盘车检查，无卡、堵现象存在；

5）、电气控制装置是否设置安全可靠；

6）、操作人员是否在岗位；

经检查合格后，方可进行开机调试运转。

2、调试试运行

空负荷调试试运行：格栅应先进行空负荷调试试运行，运行时间不得少于1小时。在试运行中，应注意以下情况的观察：

The test operation of air load commissioning: the grid should first carry out the test operation of air load debugging, and the running time should not be less than 1 hours. During the trial operation, attention should be paid to the following observations:

1）、电动机、减速机的温升及异常声响的产生；

2）、传动装置有无振动、冲击和不正常声响的产生；

2) the transmission device has no vibration, impact and abnormal sound.

3）、运动部分有无卡、堵、松动等异常现象，特别应注意连杆与动栅片架边板连接配合处松动情况；

4）、动、静栅片运动位置是否满足设计要求；

5）、用于栅片动作控制系统电气装置的可靠性和准确性；

6）、整机操作控制系统电气装置的可靠性、安全性及动作的准确性；

6) the reliability, safety and accuracy of the electrical equipment of the whole operation control system;

若出现以上所列的情况，应及时停机检查，维护更换、消除隐患。

3、带负荷调试试运行

带负荷调试试运行时间不得少于4小时，应注意观察下列情况：

The commissioning time of the load commissioning shall not be less than 4 hours, and the following conditions should be observed.

1）、设备带负荷运行时，运行噪音应≤50dB，当噪声过大时，应检查运动部件是否有异常情况存在，如：运动部件与机架是否摩擦、栅片安装位置是否准确。

1), equipment load, operation noise should be less than or equal to 50dB, when the noise is too large, should check the moving parts if there is abnormal situation exists, such as: the moving parts and the rack is friction, grid installation location is accurate.

2）、试运行过程中，应注意减速机的温升。按技术要求减速机温升△T≤70℃。

2) during the trial operation, we should pay attention to the temperature rise of the reducer. According to the technical requirements of the reducer temperature is not higher than 70 DEG T.

3）、试运行时，应注意减速机等润滑部位有无渗漏现象。

八、操作规程及注意事项

1、一般情
