一、使用前的准备

1、在未送电源之前检查电源控制箱各元器件接线情况，桩头应连接牢固，无锈蚀。

二、运行

Two. Operation

粗格栅除污机可实行手动/自动二种操作模式，自动控制可以通过定时与超声波装置进行水位差控制，一般与带式输送机、压榨机实行联动操作，并提供标准的现场控制接口。

The roughage grille remover can carry out two modes of manual / automatic operation. The automatic control can control the water level by timing and ultrasonic equipment. It usually operates with the belt conveyor and press, and provides a standard field control interface.

1、合上电源，检查电源电压，应符合要求。

(2)应将“状态按钮”置于手动位置。启动除污机，观测机组各部分运转情况，捞污、排渣、翻耙等动作应准确到位，无异常声响、振动，链条应传动平稳。

3、自动操作步骤：

在这种模式下，开/停耙斗按预先设定的位置和程序连续运行，一般有格栅前后水位差和定时两种控制方式，具体步骤如下：

(1)在控制面板上设定成自动运行状态。

三、停机

1、正常停机在切断电源后应按设备要求保持耙斗的停留位置合适，各按钮等应复位，并用高压水把残留在除污机各部位上的垃圾冲洗干净，并按要求涂上润滑剂。

2、在运行过程中，如过载时(遇障碍物或耙齿无法插入)应联动液压推杆开合导轨，重复运行排除障碍，或因其它故障造成机组停止工作的情况，自动报警系统应能报警或自动停机，操作人员应立即到位，根据故障情况切断电源，及时排除故障，检查有关部件，如有损伤，及时修复。待一切正确无误，才能再次启动。
